MANAGING DIRECTOR - Jeremy Prestoe has a Marketing Degree and an MBA (AGSM) and learnt the marketing trade with some of Australia's blue chips including National Mutual and McDonald's where he was National Field Marketing Manager which included full oversight of the Ronald McDonald shows and characters in Australia. (He's even dressed up as Birdie the early bird for an event!). His seven years at Lend Lease included marketing and then managing significant regional centres, namely Bankstown Square and Erina Fair. Jeremy is a regular featured lecturer at the PCA shopping centre courses and is a contributing writer to Shopping Centre News and Marketing Matters. He has appeared in Home and Away, All Saints, Future Cop, Chaser Series and a number of TV Commercials and feature films including The Matrix and Star Wars films, (as Senator Dowmeina Tundra), as an extra - but don't blink, you'll miss him. |

DIRECTOR - Tracy Miles has a long history and background in Marketing in the retail sector - she is the driving force behind our efforts at building retailer relationships in centres that is one of the foundation stones to our methodology. Tracy has over 20 years experience in the promotions and events sector from front line roles all the way through to significant strategic marketing roles with McDonald's where she was responsible for all support elements for the Ronald McDonald characters costumes and shows, Colliers international and Guides Australia. Tracy oversees all of our promotions and events efforts to ensure we are on budget, on brief and on strategy.
She is the master of added value and contra deals and genuinely ‘cares' about the needs of every client. |

SENIOR CREATIVE DIRECTOR - Gail Condon is a professional singer/actress who has performed in theatres, cabaret and shopping centres. She brings to the team a strong creativity and a wealth of experience in entertainment, promotions and events. Gail’s past experience has seen her as part of the creative team for Australia’s Wonderland and Movie World on the Gold Coast, writing and producing character shows. In 1985 Gail was a founding member of MJM and was awarded the first Australian character licences for Hanna Barbera and Warner Bros. She is also a professional at shopping centre openings, organising entertainment for the Grand Opening of Liverpool Megacentre, Norwest Shopping Centre, and 25 Woolworths Marketplaces throughout Australia. |

ACCOUNT MANAGER - Brendan Sheedy provides a seamless coordination of the Ronald McDonald Field program for NSW & ACT. Brendan has over 15 years in the shopping centres industry and has worked across the many spectrums of the business. He has worked for companies such as Westfield, Sydney Airport Corporation Limited and Sydney Harbour Foreshore Authority (The Rocks), Centro Properties, Lend Lease Property Manager, Jones Lang LaSalle in delivering business & marketing plans for the benefit of all stakeholders. Additionally, Brendan has owned and operated a small business in the promotional collateral materials for over 7 years with his partner. His responsibilities includes the day-to-day management of the Ronald McDonald field program; accountability to McDonalds on all aspects of the program and overall coordination with all the various stakeholders. His experience, business acumen and strategic focus make him an invaluable part of the Just Promotions team. |

PROJECT MANAGER - Amanda Cazalét joined the team as marketing consultant after many years in a successful sales and marketing roles in the retail environment. She joins the team as an accomplished and qualified marketer. Amanda’s attention to detail ensures that every event and promotion is perfectly planned and organized from start to finish. After many years of experience with clients, Amanda is well positioned to ensure our clients get the best possible service at all levels. |

PROJECT MANAGER- Soraia Guimaraes has a bachelor of business marketing degree from the University of Canberra and started at Just Promotions as the Administration Assistant, and has progressively grown in the company since. Having grown with Just Promotions Soraia understands the strong codes of ethics, and high standard that Just Promotions strives to achieve and applies that to her day to day work. Her varied experience has equipped her with skills to support all aspects of the business. With exemplary customer service skills, Soraia is a friendly and helpful contact for all clients and suppliers always adding that extra touch to every task she undertakes. |

TALENT COORDINATOR - Cherylyn Suivi has over 10 years experience in the advertising industry and 8 years working in the not for profit sector. She has worked on major brands like McDonald's, Volvo, Philips Electronics, Rebel Sport, and National Maritime Museum. Her wide range of experience includes advertising (tv, radio and print), print production, administration, direct marketing and event management. At one point she also had a stint as Hamburglar. Cherylyn looks after recruiting and placing the right staff in the right roles! |
